Quand Dingo apprend les facéties de son fils Max au collège, qui n'ont pour but que d'éblouir sa bien-aimée Roxanne, il décide de mettre à profit les vacances pour se rapprocher de son fils. Ce dernier, que l'idée de pêcher n'enthousiasme pas, raconte à Roxanne qu'ils partent voir son chanteur préféré Powerline en concert...
